Do you love singing?
Singing is good for your "health" many doctors will advise you to take up music as a therapy to help you relax and calm your nerves, so by joining Holy Trinity Choir, it is not only good for the community but also good for your health. If this is something you have thought about but never got around to trying why not just give it a go, come along to one rehearsal either join in or just sit and listen you may well be surprised just how much enjoyment you get.
We are not looking for soloists we have those! (always happy to have some more) we are looking for people who will blend in with each other during our Sunday morning services and the odd concert that the choir perform from time to time. We are particularly looking for some male singers to join us and swell the ranks this will enable us to sing and perform a bigger variety of music than we already do. All we ask from you is a little enthusiasm and a small commitment of approx 2 hours per week towards your fellow members. You don't have to be able to read music (it helps if you do) but we will teach you your part and help you to start to read music as well.
If you want to find out more, contact Graham Lightburn, the choir director on 01858 464079, or mobile 07885 449274. Otherwise just turn up one Thursday evening at 7pm!
